Eat real food!! Whole foods above everything else!! My family sticks to an animal based diet, including lots of raw milk, local pasture raised beef, eggs, kefir and other organs!! This makes up the majority of our diet but we do still include homemade sourdough and produce that I grow myself as much as possible!!
