My 1st Course for FEAST OF THE 7 FISHES: Grilled Calamari with Toasted Garlic & Paprika Breadcrumbs. I’m not a fan of fried calamari, so I invented this dish to spruce up grilled calamari, by adding lots of flavor & crunch! I purchased my calamari defrosted @citarellagourmetmarket , but most of the time it’s found frozen. So look in the frozen section if you don’t find it out with the rest of the fish. SERVES 4-6 Calamari Ingredients: 8 large calamari cleaned 2 C whole milk 1 Tbsp neutral oil Ca
