Lamb Choripán Picked up some amazing lamb sausages from Andrew at @laraqualitymeats, fired up the @PK Grills with some @Samba Fire and BBQ briquettes and prepped the Choripán: Simply sliced open a sourdough bun, filled it with mozzarella cheese, topped it with lamb sausage and then grilled it on the PK on some Grill Grates!
